This Policy applies to WEAISmart.com and related WEAI websites, customer portals, dashboards, indicators, educational materials, alerts and support interactions (collectively, the “Services”). It does not govern third-party services that publish their own privacy policies.

• Plan selection, trial status, subscription and customer-support communications.
• TradingView username and configuration preferences when invite-only access is requested.
• Affiliate application, referral identifiers and payout information when applicable.
• Feedback, survey responses and content you choose to send us.

• IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, timestamps and general usage events.
• Cookies, local storage and similar technologies used for language, intro-film, session and interface preferences.

WEAI does not sell personal information for money. We may disclose the minimum information necessary to hosting, cloud, analytics, email, customer-support, payment, authentication and security providers; professional advisers; authorities when legally required; and a successor in a merger, financing or sale. We will update this Policy before enabling a materially new category of sharing.

WEAI may use essential cookies and browser storage for security, sessions, language, feature preferences and the opening-film experience. Analytics or advertising cookies will be used only after appropriate notice and consent where required. Browser settings may block optional cookies, but essential features may then work differently.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including account operation, transaction records, security, dispute resolution and legal compliance. When no longer needed, information is deleted, de-identified or securely archived. Specific periods will be documented when production vendors and legal obligations are finalized.

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including encrypted transmission, access controls, least-privilege practices and vendor review. No system is completely secure; users should protect credentials and notify us of suspected misuse.

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. Trading-related paid services are intended only for users who are at least 18 or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; contact us to request deletion if you believe this occurred.

WEAI and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we will use recognized transfer safeguards and provide additional disclosures concerning recipients, countries, purposes and retention.

We may update this Policy as the Services, vendors or laws change. Material changes will be highlighted on the website or sent to registered users when required. The effective date above identifies the current version.
